1. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

2. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm all safari dates.
• The remaining balance of the safari fees is due upon completion of the safari, payable by cash or credit card.
• A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
• All bank charges, international transfer fees, and exchange-rate differences are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation and Postponement Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable if the safari is canceled within six (6) months of the scheduled arrival date.
• Cancellations made more than six (6) months in advance may be refunded or transferred at the discretion of the outfitter.
• Postponements are subject to availability. Updated pricing may apply to postponed hunts.

4. Wounded Game Policy

Any animal that is wounded and not recovered will be deemed taken and must be paid for in full, according to the current price list. The professional hunter’s decision regarding wounded game is final.

5. Advised Travel and Medical Insurance

Comprehensive Travel Insurance and Medical Insurance are strongly advised for all guests.

Coverage must include, at minimum:

• Emergency medical care
• Medical evacuation and repatriation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Baggage loss and travel delays
• Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the start of the safari. Safari participation is contingent upon having adequate coverage.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Participation in a hunting safari involves inherent risks. By booking with us, clients acknowledge and accept these risks. The outfitter, its owners, staff, contractors, guides, and affiliates assume no liability for:

• Injury, accident, illness, or death
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Delays, travel disruptions, or changes to the itinerary
  Weather events, natural occurrences, wildlife activities, or other circumstances beyond the outfitter’s control
  Clients agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the professional hunting team at all times.

7. Client Responsibilities

 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, visas, firearm permits, and health/vaccination requirements are in order before travel. Failure to meet legal or airline requirements remains solely the responsibility of the traveler.

8. Acceptance of Terms 

Payment of a deposit and/or participation in the safari constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
